NEW YORK, January 17, 2023 – HXE Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Lauren Palumbo as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Lauren joins the firm with a background in strategic organizational growth, systems implementation, and team and culture development.
She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lovin’ Spoonfuls where she oversaw scaling the organization to New England’s largest food recovery organization. Lauren worked to address the parallel challenges of wasted food and food insecurity. Prior to this, Lauren worked in operations, marketing, and management roles across the socially responsible investing, education equity, and hospitality sectors.
Lauren holds a B.S. from Northeastern University in Graphic Design and Business Administration. She was previously recognized as one of the Boston Business Journal’s ’40 Under 40′, which recognizes Boston’s young business leaders.
