Ford is an Associate, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners. Ford’s experience in ESG focuses on working with investors and companies to implement ESG strategies and increase environmental transparency through ESG reporting.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Ford worked at CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) on the North America, Capital Markets team. He was the global lead of the Non-Disclosure Campaign, a campaign where hundreds of investors directly engage with companies to request them to disclose their environmental information to CDP and set science-based targets. Ford also helped asset owners and managers derive insights from CDP’s environmental data to inform investment decisions.

Ford holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Economics from Bowdoin College.
