Nicole Nishizawa is an Associate, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners. Nicole's experience is in ESG program implementation focused on greenhouse gas emissions strategy as well as environmental and health issues.

Nicole worked at Atelier Ten as an environmental design consultant where she led and supported green and healthy building projects for the commercial, residential, higher education, government, and masterplan sectors. She also has expertise in material health and low embodied carbon buildings. During her undergraduate studies, Nicole worked for Harvard's Office for Sustainability where she helped develop university-wide sustainability standards.

Nicole holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Harvard University. She is a LEED AP, Fitwel Ambassador, and Parsons Healthier Materials Advocate.
