Nikki Sokol

Nikki Sokol is a Senior Analyst, Sustainability and ESG at HXE Partners focused on ESG strategy and reporting.

Prior to HXE, Nikki worked at Voya Financial in a strategy, investor relations, and enterprise financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role. Nikki’s focus was developing the firm’s ESG narrative and creating marketing materials for investor relations. Nikki also has previous experience in finance roles in both the real estate and retail sectors.

Nikki holds a B.S. in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Management.
