Samantha Bidlack is an Associate, Climate at HXE Partners. Samantha has experience in ESG consulting, focusing specifically on the management and analysis of large climate-related datasets.

Prior to joining HXE Partners, Samantha was a Sustainability Consultant at 3R Sustainability. During her time at 3R Sustainability, Samantha assisted organizations across numerous sectors with the calculation, verification, and reporting of their GHG emissions. To help organizations better understand and mitigate their climate impact, Samantha also helped organizations identify their climate-related risks and set reduction targets.

Samantha holds a Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies focusing on Ecology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Masters of Sustainability focusing on Ecology and Resource Management from Chatham University.
